These are some command to merge FOAF file with PGP. I do not know what is FOAF file? There is no a bit explanation of it.

OK I posted this earlier but apparently you aren't catching older comments.
I'm very confused about what you are doing here.
You appear to be cleverly finding web sites with completely out of date (10-15 years! out of date) information about software that is equally out of date or even older. This software won't even run on any modern machine. 10 years of bugs have been fixed. There are wonderous new features.
If you want to know about PGP these days you go to the corporate website and download the documentation which is very good, or you learn about GPG or one of the other current softwares that meet the requirements of the IETF 2440 RFC. Or you read the spec and code it yourself, allowing for plenty of mistakes.
Why are you finding these out of date, unmaintained web sites?
